Do I have this right?
Diamond will be achievable with 2 days play at 2500 TCs earned per day + 10000 bonus tier credits and Seven Star's will similarly be achievable with 20 days play at 2500 TCs earned per day + 100000 bonus tier credits.
This would suit me. I earned 35000 TCs in about 15 days play last year. it will provide greater chance/incentive to heavy hitters who are infrequent visitors perhaps for geographical reasons who had little chance under the old criteria of achieving Seven Star (if that can be called an achievement) .
As
LOCommish pointed out it will probably weed out the daily visitors to the diamond lounges who got their entire nourishment and alcoholic intake for the year comped by Total Rewards for the 30 or so TCs they earned a day. Now they will have to bump their play up 50% or find a soup kitchen that serves Pina Coladas
Edit: On second thoughts I suppose they could still go to the Diamond Lounge daily but cut their play by 50% overall only gambling on 2 days each year but they would have to have a big bankroll available those 2 days
