Yep .. actually with two bookings.
I first found the dates I liked for the sale fare and then proceeded with DV online until I found the perfect combinations for an acceptable amount.
Key is to add leg(s) that will raise the total airfare over the $1300 amount p/p or pick dates that will get you on or over the $1300 barrier to get the best deal.
Requirements:
- minimum of one leg has to be on DL (no codeshare)
- minimum stay for 7 nights
- you can book online for a 24-hr courtesy hold,
but cannot get the promo applied online; later call in to adjust your booking, have the promo code applied to your booking and thus avoid the $20 booking fee.
If you want to proceed, have an idea about the dates and found a knowledgeable agent, go ahead by all means and book by phone, cause seats are getting very limited for the sale fare.
