Thanks for this tip. I was on an MR to IST last week and took a few minutes to locate the Miles and Smiles desk to pickup my card. After some intital confusion (agent thought I was opening a new account) I was presented with a spanking new Elite Card. The agent was great fun. She and I laughed and high-fived when she was sucessful in printing my card. One suggestion I have is to bring a print out of your TK account that indicates your Elite status. To help locate the desk, I have attached some pictures. Note that the desk is called the "Miles & Smiles Card Production stand" and it is located at the end of check in B.
