Receiving miles for L to G upgrade?
I purchased 2 x 'L' economy tickets and upgraded with miles to UC. Since returning, we haven't received any miles or TPs for the flights taken in our flying club accounts. Whilst I appreciate I won't get the full UC mileage, I thought that I should have still got the economy miles and TPs. Is my understanding correct?
I try to put the details into the 'missing miles' claim but get the message, 'We're sorry. Our records indicate you did not fly on the flight you have submitted. Please check your details and ensure you have entered the correct flight number and date, or contact us.' I just wanted to check I should be getting the miles before potentially wasting my time contacting Virgin.
