Who would I contact at CX to try and arrange that?

When I look up the Visa Requirements in KVS it states the following:

Code:

Visa required, except for Holders of onward tickets for a max.
transit [[TIRULES/R32]] time of 8 hours.
- Warning: There are no TWOV facilities available at
  Denpasar-Bali (DPS); passengers are required to clear
  Immigration and Customs.
Warning:
- Visas must be used within 90 days after date of issuance.
