bad service
i stayed there in October. service was extremely poor. as for concerge desk. pretty dumb and very uninformed. i paid $300 for two tickets to circus sol la at another hotel. needless to sky seats were with a poor view. I was advised to pickup the tickets before the show... i collected them 1 day before and realised the location. it would seem Cos books bad seats and then tell the guest that it essence the theatres fault. something they is BS. ... my advice don't ask for help from the hotel. as they are there only to make profit out of you.
i will NEVER go there again...
