Thank you to all who replied. I had no problem getting the hardside 21 inch spinner case into the overhead of FC on the two-seat side--wheels in to the back. I am not sure what they call those cubbyholes above the A side of FC, but they certainly are not "bins" except perhaps to ants or mice.
