Uh, not really. CO flew SEA-ANC for years before AS started SEA-IAH.
More like decades. SEA-ANC on CO shows up in timetables back in the 80's. I remember seeing a CO MD-80 at the old gate A1 in ANC circa 1993.

Regardless, this should be interesting. It's been years since we had a new entrant on this route. We might finally be able to get to SEA and back for under $400 again.
Not much competition since MarkAir went Tango Uniform.
As recently as 10-ish years ago, DL, pmUA, CO, and AA/TW all flew ANC-SEA. 9/11 changed a lot of that.
