A casino is situated next door to the IC Budapest and so the professional ladies are associated with the casino and not the hotel. And feel free to "buy" the professional ladies a drink but you may be the proud owner of a tab 100 Euro tab for the one drink. And Decembers are quite cold in Budapest... The area is perfect for walking but not in the cold.
It was actually in the area right in front of the casino that the girls (two seperate ones on seperate days) approached me. I wasn't sure if they were just "working the area" or whatever but they were definitely not inside the casino or working the bar at the IC. Not even sure if they're allowed in the hotel or if they're known to staff and have been banned, etc.
One of them wasn't bad looking but a) professionals aren't really my style and b) although probably mostly urban legends, I've heard too many stories about people being slipped a "t!tty mickey" etc and I don't want to wake up with a hangover and missing my wallet and laptop....
