I have emailed this many times and in usually 1 week it is done (if the booking class is eligible, of course).
I did send in my complaint with all necessary documentation over one week ago. Still no reaction from Bangkok.
I also had another Brussels airlines flight in Eco Flex two days ago. Still nothing on my EB account. I wouldn't be surprised if I'll have to manually send this one also to Thailand to get it retro registered half a year later.
