Just flew KE last week business class in/out of BKK. My experience was the same as MegatopLover. No Fast Track on the inbound, but I did receive one upon check in when I was leaving. However, when I arrived in BKK on the inbound at 2130, there was no line at regular passport control, so I did not have to use one of my saved fast track cards from previous flights.
