Exact same thing happened to me. I retro registered 4 segments yesterday. 3 with SN and 1 with OS. All 3 on SN were rejected even though they were all in eco flex CPH/BRU. In general I have huge problem with SN flights not being posted despite they are expensive eco flex tickets.
It definitely seems like there is a general problem here. I tried once more to use the online retro registration for my september flights but again the point accrual was rejected.
It seems like I have no choice but to complain to the manual retro registration in bangkok.
I have another Brussels trip coming up next week. I am not too excited about having to do the manual retro registration every time.
