1K Calls going to GS desk?
Calling 1k/Premier line the last two weeks I have ended up with the GS desk twice. Obviously Great service ^ like the old 1K line, last rep stayed on the line for almost 30 mins as they tried to track down an TG PNR. Have other 1k's experienced this or is this luck of overload phones?
