Behuman, a few years ago I stayed at C'a Pisani, which I enjoyed. The location is fairly quiet, but convenient nonetheless. No idea what it is like now, but would be worth having a look at. I would consider it again if I went back.
+1 it is still a good location with (somewhat) reasonable prices and solid service.
The Hilton also has a very nice rooftop pool and the Zattere location is not too bad- I quite like the way they were able to salvage some of the Stucky Molino after the huge fire in 2004. Of course it is not a luxury hotel- however in the 300-500 EUR price range it is and the staff are friendly.
Alternatives- there are a few nice places on Lido which will get you a junior suite for under 500 EUR with a great view.
