I completely agree. KE already has a daily service on the same route, so it would compete directly with that. IMHO, it's going to be primarily O/D traffic into Seoul, because the OneWorld connections are going to be pretty slim.
Selfishly, I'm hoping for DFW-HKG as well. But that would actually make more sense given the the ability to connect to CX from there. Either it is nice to hear these additions rather than route cuts.
