I could, but I don't. Two reasons. You have no idea the extra nuisance it is to make this work. I am certain that the occasional $5 would also be difficult on occasion. The other reason may make no sense. It is actually worth it to me and I say, "what the heck" and let it go. It is at most $200 a year that would be recoverable, and it is not worth my time to pursue all of those $5 transactions and keep up with them.
