But you have the choice of exchanging the sandwich for a chocolate bar (value 1 € 50 cents). The amount of wine/beer/soft drinks is still unlimited, so it is better to drink as much you can in order to get a bette cost benefit ratio.
It's nice that you get 100 % miles even for the least expensive tickets, but it means that you don't get much differentiation for miles and service what ever you pay.
