the motion TB passed on March 2011:
The TalkBoard recommends that access to OMNI, OMNI/PR, and all future OMNI forums be restricted to logged-in members who have been members at least 180 days and whose post count is at least 180.
According to the passed motion, 180/180 rule should apply to every FTer:

I now know that exceptions are not granted and the 180/180 rule is locked in stone. My bad and I apologize. And it's something I should have been aware of as she's simply following the wishes and votes of TB on this issue.
Those long-term members with fewer than 180 posts are going to continue to have to build their post count to 180 by contributing to the Miles and Points forums before allowed OMNI privileges.
