Hi, all. My federal civil rights lawsuit against the police officers and airport security guards who were involved in the
2009 incident when I was falsely arrested at ABQ is making its way slowly through the court. I'm awaiting a response from the judge to the TSA defendants' motion to dismiss. There is no set timeline on which this must occur.
