TAM connection: GIG/GRU (TAM 8084) to GRU/JFK (TAM 8080)

Hi guys,

Is this connection doable. It is one airline and I have no luggage - but it is just 1h and 5m time. I assume I will have a boarding pass and will just need to pass through passport control and screening.
