Ugh, the one time I actually needed PreCheck I got the dreaded single beep. Flying ATL-PBI last night and had to sprint through the north terminal in an effort to make the flight. Made it up to the podium and BAM...single beep. When I turned the corner and saw a line that would've taken at least 20 minutes, I slunk back to the medallion desk and asked to get the next PBI flight. And of course the new BP gave me the triple beep when scanned! Go figure that a flight booked a month out doesn't qualify yet another one confirmed literally 2 minutes before scanning and I can go through PreCheck.
