Question How to Retro-claim EuropCar rentals?
I searched on Iberia Pluspoints website and the way to retro-claim was shown as sending an email atcliente.es AT mail.europcar.com. However this email address doesn't work.

I've now found the Europcar Iberia webpage, but I still can't find a way to make a retro-claim

Anyone here able to shed some light?
