I concur. While I have had some FA's who clearly were not having their best days, the number is far less than on any other airline. My mother was on a flight over the summer delayed by the usual summer afternoon storms at JFK and there was some question whether they would leave and while everyone was bombarding the Gate Agent my mother saw one of the pilots (my mom could not recall if she was the Captain or First Officer on the flight) waiting in the gate area so instead asked her about crew legality because knowing that there was a 5 hour+ flight ahead if the crew had flown in from elsewhere the clock has started so my mom would know what time they would have to leave by and if it was getting close she would know to get rebooked before the flight cancelled. Turned out it was the first flight for the pilots and the second for the FA who were stuck at where they were RON waiting for the weather to clear so there would be no issues with crew but the pilot did appreciate my mother's kindness and not bombarding her with stuff she had no way of knowing that later on the afternoon when the pilot saw my mother walking in the terminal she gave my mother updates that were not being broadcast over the PA so my mother had more up to date information than the rest of the passengers
