What is driving me crazy is seeing significant flight savings by routing PIT-CLE-XXX versus CLE-XXX. I can drive to PIT and fly back to CLE and then on to my destination much cheaper than just the CLE-XXX segment.
There are a few other example other than PIT, but that is the one that comes to mind most often.
