Thought I would give a quick update to this.
Three unexpected trips in quick succession bumped me up to around the 295k. Decided to cancel the CW seats and book return into first.
Availability was great in first, much better than CW. Flights changed no problem and told when they add in BHD later on there will be no problem adding in those flights.
All in all very pleased! Basically two return F flights for the same sort of money that two economy tickets would have cost.
