If you're going without kids the adult pool is the best. It is an infinity edge pool overlooking the Pacific and in the afternoon the turtles (about 200lbs each) come to the surface and swim around. While in the pool you lounge on beanbag floats and you just hang out by the ocean with a drink in your hand and the sun on your face.
