Suggestions for a nice computer backpack

I am on a never ending quest for a nice (pretty, not masculine looking) backpack, It needs to be lightweight and not huge. Needs to fit a 13 inch laptop and cord, iPad, a couple of magazine, a small notebook, sunglasses case, large wallet, 2 small pouches, 2 phones and a sweater. I have this:

it works but is just a little to small. The shoulder strap also started to rip apart after a couple of uses. I exchanged it, but am concerned about how it will hold up.

I also have this:

size-wise it it almost perfect, but the exterior pockets on the sides are pretty useless (the zip part is narrower than the pocket and you can't fit much in, and it is really hard to get it out).

So I am looking for something similar to these. Ideally it would also have a strap/handle that lets you carry it like a ag (the first backpack has handles but they are not that great.)

Thanks.
