miles obtained (based on booking class) + class of service bonus + elite level bonus = status miles

For example, as an Elite [Gold card]
1) flying on Business with TK between IST-HKG, my status miles
4985 (base miles) +4985 (due to Elite status and Business tix) = 9970 status miles
2) flying economy with LH (Y -bk class) between FRA-HKG, my status miles
5699 (base miles) = 5699 status miles

Is this understanding correct?
