mine were lower level charges, so they reeally didnt ask anything.
You might have some 'splainin' to do with those level of charges.
I dont have any data like that. Personally, I wouldnt consider a
150 bucks in fees as an airline incidental, but thats just me. I dont
know what their policy is.

I got a reply back saying they'd been credited along with whats left
of the 2012 incidentals. On that note, it appears one can spend 200 bucks
this year and another 200 bucks next w/o paying their fees for the first
year.
