I don't think you need to panic. I can't remember what the deadline is (6 months?), but let's put it this way, the webform allows you to input a date in 2011.
If you had a rejection, nothing will change unless you make a nuisance of yourself.
If a partner airline hasn't posted, you are encouraged to claim from 7 days onwards.
