Yep - I've had that kind of service at YHZ, YVR, LHR, LGA, etc... but not very often at YYZ. Like I said - there are a couple of great people at YYZ - some others not so much. I think I posted in another thread a couple of weeks ago about YYZ issues. I was going to miss a flight from YYZ to YQM coming in from the US because of an emergency landing. The concierge could not even help get me thru security. Didn't even offer to call the gate to tell them I was trying to get there. But I've had other instances where they really were amazing. Not saying everyone at YYZ is bad - but in my interactions YYZ is at the bottom of the list compared to other cities.
