I tried deliberately booking row 13 for a while to see if it helped me get a row to myself. It didn't.
I think CO also did not have row 13. The new UA seatmaps don't have row 13 either, though this is mostly due to them skipping row numbers to keep certain rows (exit rows, bulkheads) the same number on different aircraft.
