One definition of a RTW is that it crosses all degrees of longitude. Approx. 22,858 is the distance around the globe at the tropics. Also, you went to Singapore which is very nearly at the equator (approx. 70 miles north). Awesome journey any way you look at it!^
I would certainly call this an around the world trip, although Guinness might not agree.
Thanks a lot. I was afraid I will get a slap on the wrist on a technicality if I called it a RTW trip. It was tiring on coach but the purpose of the trip and the fun I had getting there and while there was worth it.
And even on coach Singapore Airlines is way better than most US carriers.
