Sorry, I may live less than three hours from one of those borders, but you can't make me drive across it! The violence is the worst in the border cities. Mexico can be fine for those flying in (to far from the border), but driving in these days is another story...
Besides, are there really EMV-only kiosks in Mexican border towns? For what? It's the unattended kiosks that are the best test, not the live human merchants...
