Giving you One Class Less?
My employer previously used Budget and back in March 2011 I had a rental for a Standard SUV (Ford Explorer or Similar) at SEA and the guy at the counter offered me a Mercury Mairiner. When I asked for something in my class, he offered me a Ford Explorer for an additional $20 a day. There was also a sticker on the back window that proved the Mairiner was a class less than what I booked? Is this common with Budget?
