What about it? The '13 Taurus has an 8" color touchscreen (though not widescreen, but then again BMW only has a monitor, not touchscreen) with all those features and more. Cover art is pretty standard. MyFordTouch 2.0 is comprehensive.
At least the Taurus' gearshift knob/cover didn't fall off when I shifted into reverse.
