If you have not gotten any sign up bonus on your old MR card, you are ENTITLED to receive the bonus on either this card or even another MR card. Chase is very good in giving bonus where it is "legitimately" due. It even gives the differential between old bonus and new bonus when it initially denied a bonus. Happened to husband's CO OnePass cards.
