My Plat Premier experience is that I've had a chambers upgrade on 9 out of 10 stays here with an effusive apologies for only getting a Barlow room on the 10th.
I have to fight off the front desk who want to call the guest relations butler who will escort you to your Chambers room / suite and show you how everything works.
