EC should now be 100% rolled out, and I haven't seen a DC9 with a row 5 since at least last fall. I wouldn't ever book row 5 or 6D.
I can't believe they let you OLCI for a seat that doesn't exist though... Wait, nevermind, that sounds EXACTLY like something DL's IT folks would let happen!
