I posted the full T&C of the 40k with 15k MQM offer, including the POID. So if you call Amex you might have some luck giving them the ID. (though, as noted, the T&C say the offer expired yesterday).
If it doesn't work, hang tight... an identical offer "expired" on 4/22. When I checked
www.deltaplatinumoffer.com a month later, the same offer was up with an expiration date of 6/17. So if it is in fact "gone" you might just check back in a few weeks.
