I'm here at FBH now. Other than major NOISY construction and multiple severe service lapses, it is fine. The note in my room says that construction will continue well into Q3'12. FBH largely sucks like all the other supposed 5* hotels in Singapore. I've yet to find a good hotel here. Of the four I have been to, St Regis sucks the least.
I was shocked at BK this morning, but that is another thread.
PS -- Still here. Now the air conditioning is down for the entire hotel. This is, ahhhh, an issue in Singapore ......
