It's also worth noting that the survey was conducted by a corporate travel agent. Ya know, the group that encourages people to travel. I give this survey as much credibility as I give most non-independent surveys, whether they say good or bad things about the TSA.
Not to mention the fact that I can't trust a survey written by someone who doesn't know the difference between "unsatisfied" and "dissatisfied."
Dissatisfied: disappointed
Unsatisfied: not satiated
For example: The TSO was
dissatisfied with the cupcake that
he stole he confiscated the customer voluntarily surrendered. His hunger remained largely
unsatisfied.
