Wish I had seen this thread before I booked. I booked 4x SEA to HNL. Great use of Avios, but I was charged 4x$25 for booking on the phone. Didn't ask to have the fee waived.
Anyone ever get the fee waived after hanging up by calling back? I figure it's a long shot, but if anyone has any tips of what to say, I'd be interested.
