Perhaps. But I was actually addressing the practical question at hand rather than ranting about something that we're not going to change anyways.

To me (or at least imho), that does address the question at hand as the person had their PNR auto-split which they did not want to happen and that caused "issues". Now, when you say "we're not going to change anyways" do you speak for the airline and if yes, can you share the information that this in fact is not going to change?
