BA now serve Tehran again, after the acquisition of BMI. And they definitely served it before. I have a BA guide to Iran from the early eighties. I know BOAC used to do Rangoon (thanks to my collection of First Flight covers). They also did Baghdad, and think BA did to at least the rise of Saddam Hussein. Don't know about Kabul though.
