How would I go about rechecking baggage at DXB without leaving the airport, as I don't have a VISA. Is this possible?

Firstly welcome to FT and the EK Forum. I'm not sure I can help you as we purposely talk about all things related to EK. I'm not familiar with Oman Air nor their interline arrangements, but some of our regular, DXB based members might.
