In the end, you are back at square one. Ultimately it is CC that can answer that question, and somehow I do not feel comfortable to call and ask.

CC could easily deny you points on the grounds that you are "double dipping". i know that you mentioned check in, then check out an hour latter and then check in on the other location. In their records it will show that you have 2 reservations on two separate properties, you'll probably get the points for the first one, and maybe for the second one, or maybe not.

If I where you, I will do a STAYCATION on 2 separate days. It appears that Park Inn does not have many locations in the US, compared to CI or Radisson. So stay at the Park Inn, and then on another ocassion do a stay on CI and another on Radisson. You did not mentioned Radisson, but they also have same promo, not sure if you signed up and qualified.
