Odd thing - they declined my request to increase my CSP credit line by ~4K but then just yesterday approved me for the new card with a 20K credit line. Go figure...
It is strange. I remember reading other posts on here saying the same thing. I'm not sure what kind of formula they use, but it's an odd one.
