Our egos still appreciate at least lip service.
IMO there won't BE any reciprocal loyalty because many of the leaders that fostered that culture of honesty and customer loyalty are GONE.
All that's left are the front liners who are mostly still trying their best, but are burnt out and hamstrung by the new policies.
