As a former 2P, I would say that 2P's were over-entitled.
Economy Plus was nice, but I never paid for it, so they were losing money with me. That's not the best way to run a business for profit.

When I had my trial Silver, It was all E+ and 6 trips in F!
I'm not so much bothered by some of the changes, as I am with really bad attitude that has accompanied them as well as the deciet and lack of communication since 3/3.
And foisting that horrible system on their employees? Jeez....
